Well, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I get sick pretty easy, but I thought that with the tonsils out, it wouldn't happen as much. I think just with the cross country work trip to San Francisco and then hop in the car for the road trip to Memphis, my body is not happy. Not the best eating, not working out - not great for me. BUT, it has been awesome and totally worth it. I would not change one thing - but maybe not getting sick.
I might try to put Carols on the trainer tonight, just to get 30 minutes in if I can. I have to go to work tomorrow and will be back on a set schedule soon.
