The run today was okay. The weather was perfect, 35, sunny, no wind. Just a few icy patches, but overall way better than it was 2 weeks ago.Still disappointed by the distance. I see the improvements in my short runs, but they are not coming through for the long ones. I can only hope this will come in time.
The C&O Canal is definitely my favorite place to run around here.
