Challenging

That is what I am calling what I just drove with my dad. After an awesome night at Therese and Warren's wedding, a decent swim at the Y, my dad and I headed to Madison to drive the bike course. I knew it was hilly and a ton of turns. However, this is not what I was expecting. I am glad I saw it, took a few pictures for motivation, and now really need to get my butt in gear and on the bike. Whatever bike that might be....

Certainly Challenging -- but not really that bad. Three "bigger" hills and a bunch of up/down rollers. Simply Stu has a video of the entire bike course from his car and some from a plane. Might be worth finding and watching.

Yep, I still have the videos. I will be adding a "menu" to my site so you can find them quickly. I think the hills are hard, but picking the right cassette for the rear will help a lot. I know some that have a triple and loved it. I went with a 12/25 the first time and a 12/27 the second. The 27 worked better!
