Not now, seriously!?!?! Who gets spring colds. NOT FAIR!! I have a 'race' on Sunday. It's a light week and I can't even get in my 60 minute bikes or 35 minute runs. NOT COOL!!I woke up with a horrible sore throat and congested head with not pretty colors coming out of my nose - sorry for the graphic details.
