My First Casualty
I knew it was going to happen, I just thought it would take a bit longer. It happened during the marathon training, but maybe 2-3 months in with some serious mileage. I have the time in, but not the mileage. Anyway, I lost half my middle toe toenail on my right foot. It was bothering me a bit during my run this morning but I just thought it was going into the next toe. Nope... that was an unpleasant surprise. So much for my pedicure...
