9/11 - Tuesday - swim - Probably around 1500
9/12 - Wednesday - run/jog/walk/trot - 45 min
9/13 - Thursday am - bike on trainer 45 min
- Thursday pm - swim
9/14 - Friday - run - 35 min
9/15 - Saturday - bike 60 min
Don't be afraid to double up if you have time, like maybe a short swim after a bike, or after a run.
9/16 - Sunday - bike 90 min
Run/walk.jog 15 minutes after this. Easy.
9/17 - Monday - run 40 min
