I Bricked... And it was GOOD

No, not good, really good. I wouldn't say great, but it was really good.

I don't know if it was the tune up on Blain, the fact I haven't ridden Blain in almost a week, I started when it was 75 degrees, SUPER LOW humidity or what, but I started out feeling great. I finished feeling good and headed out on my run. The first 10 minutes were tough again, but I settled into a rhythm and could have easily kept going after my 45 minutes.

Not much else to say - just a good brick.

Just chilln' tonight watching the Olympics and preping for tomorrows 5+ hour ride.
